While MIGLAV Construction is a new company name, the expertise behind it spans more than two decades. Erick Alvarez grew up watching his father work in construction, learning the trade from the ground up.

Before starting MIGLAV, Erick worked with several established construction companies in Utah, gaining experience in all aspects of residential exterior construction. He developed a reputation for meticulous attention to detail, reliable project management, and fair, honest business practices.

Today, our team combines this deep experience with modern techniques and materials to deliver superior results. We stay current with the latest products and building codes, ensuring every installation is both beautiful and built to last.
